We believe that sustainable communities grow as we build financial resilience and food security. By working alongside and resourcing churches and organisations to meet the needs of their communities, we can support them to make local change in their own areas.
Through the development of a network of Local Change Hubs committed to making local change, where the skills and capabilities of residents are used to support others in their own areas, we can make a real difference.

Our ultimate aim is to resource and facilitate long-lasting change throughout our communities, as we work alongside organisations to further develop the provision they are able to offer to meet the needs of people in their own localities.
