Starship Discovery Holiday Club

Date: 30th July - 2nd August, ending in a big family breakfast on Friday 3rd August.

Time: 10am - 12.30pm Mon - Thurs, 9am - 11am Fri

Location: St Andrew's Church, Queens Drive, L13 0AL

Age: School Years 1 - 6

Come and join St Andrew's Kids Team as we go on a Starship Discovery! Drama, music, games, craft and stories are just some of the activities we'll be doing as we 'travel through space' to find out more about Jesus, and how we can live like Him.

We have a limited number of spaces, and Holiday Clubs are always over subscribed, so you are advised to register early. Registration must be completed before the Holiday Club, and children who aren't registered will not be allowed to join.

Important Info & FAQ's

 - How do I book? Bookings can be made online, by clicking the button below, or by telephoning the church office. Each child needs to be registered seperately, no later than Friday 27th July.

- Can parents stay? Unlike our Tuesday Kids Klub sessions we'll be using the whole of the church for our holiday club, and so there won't be a space for parents to sit. We also encourage you to go and have some free time! However parents are welcome to stay for a few minutes if a child is unsure or needs time to settle.

- Can children who are younger / older than the age group come along, if their sibling is registered? Unfortunately we do not have the provision to allow children outside Primary School Age to join us, and all children registered will be checked. At the end of August there will be a 'Youth Holiday Mission Week' for older siblings to get involved in.

- Do I need to drop off / pick up my children? To avoid confusion and ensure the children's safety we ask all children to be dropped off and collected by an adult (someone over the age of 18). When dropping off your child. you'll be given a card, which the collecting adult MUST bring with them later.

- Clothing. At Holiday Club we do a lot of running around so recommend children come in shorts / trousers rather than skirts, and wear trainers or pumps rather than flip flops.

- Additional Needs. We aim to cater our programme to allow all children to join in to the fullest. If your child has any disability, learning difficulties or challenging behaviour, please make sure you put this on the form so that we can support them as much as possible. No child will be turned away from Holiday Club.
